Ball-days count each calendar day once per party. Where a stage has rounds, the rounds are counted and the stage clock is not. A day can be live on two sides at once — a coverage question with the carrier while we advance scope — so the parties overlap and may sum to more than the span, but no single party can exceed Days in Process.
