The daily digest quotes the controlling statute automatically when a carrier-ball stage goes overdue — decision deadlines on Stages 4/6/10, payment deadlines on Stage 14 — so every overdue alert arrives already armed with its citation. Red-bordered entries here are hard numeric deadlines; blue entries are “reasonable time” standards, which are still enforceable — they’re just argued differently.
